Craig Williams, Esq. is the Executive Vice President, Corporate Strategy and General Counsel of Raptor Global Services, Inc.

Mr.Williams has thirty years of executive management experience in the financial services, manufacturing, management consulting and non-profit sectors providing counsel and advice in legal/regulatory matters, international expansion, mergers and acquisitions, government relations, and corporate strategy.

Mr. Williams began his career as an attorney in the Law Department of John Hancock Financial Services in the company’s home office law department in Boston. At John Hancock, Mr. Williams provided legal advice for the company’s acquisition activities as the Law Department’s representative on the Acquisition Committee. He was also the lead counsel for the company’s international expansion and operations in Asia, South America and other emerging markets. Mr. Williams later joined Sanborn, Inc. and worked on the company’s initial public offering and assumed responsibilities as Vice President and General Counsel responsible for all legal activities and federal/state government relations and compliance at Sanborn, Inc., a NASDAQ-listed entity at the time, and its international subsidiaries in the Netherlands and the Czech Republic. He worked on the company’s IPO and secondary offerings, negotiated and closed credit and loan agreements with US and European banks, and provided legal counsel on one of the first privatization transactions and equity sale pursuant to the government’s process established in the early 1990s in the Czech Republic. Mr. Williams served on the company’s board of directors and executive committee in the United States and on the Supervisory Board of its international subsidiaries in the Netherlands and Czech Republic. He later worked as counsel in the law department for Prudential Insurance and Financial Services providing legal advice for state and federal regulatory and compliance matters, government affairs, and litigation matters. Mr. Williams also has senior executive level experience in the non-profit management field having served as executive director and vice president of development for both national and international non-profit organizations in the higher education, healthcare, and international relief fields.

Mr. Williams has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the American Red Cross, Somerset County, NJ chapter, a member of the Board of the Colgate University Alumni Club of New Jersey, and is a member of the Board of Directors of Quilts For Kids-a non-profit organization based in Pennsylvania aimed at providing comfort and assistance to pediatric patients in children’s hospitals throughout the United States. He is a graduate of Colgate University and Suffolk University Law School in Boston, MA.
