Paul E. Brandenburg (Chief Technology Officer) has over thirty-five years engineering and project management experience in the application of fiber, wireless, cable and satellite technology in the security and telecommunications industries, specializing in startup environments, building sales, operations and engineering organizations. Former positions have included: President and CEO of R3 Security Services, CTO and COO of QTEL Inc., VP Engineering & Operations for Equity Broadcasting, COO of Streaming Media Inc., and VP of Engineering and Operations for Advanced Radio Telecom, Co-owner of Educational Telecommunications Services Inc., Senior Vice President and General Manager for ICG Satellite Services, and Director of Business Development for cable giant Tele-Communications Inc. and as General Manager of Digital Direct Inc., the competitive access (CLEC) fiber arm of Tele-Communications Inc. Past military experience in the deployment and operation of satellite surveillance systems and covert incursion reconnaissance assets. He has a BSEE from Southern Illinois University and a BS in Industrial Management from Governor’s State University
